System Support(s)
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma, Advantage/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related
field is required for this position.
- Preferably junior executives specializing in IT/Computer-Network/System/Database
Admin or equivalent.
- Proficient in MYSQL and LINUX will be advantaged.
- Good communication in English, both in spoken and written.
- Able to work under minimal supervision.
- Requires complete through-ness, good organization skills
and concern for standards.
- Detailed-oriented, independent and have strong problem
solving skill.
- Applicants must be willing to work on shift and possess
own transport.
Application Developer(s)
Responsibilities:
- Selected candidates will be involved in the development,
maintenance and support of multiple software developments
projects, with wide exposure to various technologies and
platforms.
Required to design and implement applications user interface
together with the project implementation team.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science/ IT or related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years experience in designing & developing
application using Visual Basic 6, Java or .NET.
- Proficiency in at least 2 of the following: WML, xHTML,
ASP, VB Script, Perl/CGI, PHP, XML, JavaScript and other
scripting languages.
- Must have strong interest in programming work.
- Results oriented with good abilities and excellent analytical
and organization skills are essential attributes.
- An innovative team player who is aggressive, dynamic,

the determination to succeed.

Management Executive Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a professional who are gifted and experienced
in a wide range of editorial skills: research and copy generation,
features and news-writing, clear English editing, repurposing
for new audiences, promotional and direct mail writing,
producing manuals and guides, writing for the web, sub-editing,
product naming etc.
- Ideally, you should have a number of years' post-qualification
experience as a journalist, public relations consultant,
copy-writer, editor in a newspaper, magazine or an online
media company. Experience in online communications, marketing
and/or usability will be an added advantage.
Requirements:
- Applicants must possess a Diploma/Degree from a recognized
University/institute of higher learning.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and/or Bahasa
Malaysia.
- Candidates must have strong interest in Sports, Entertainment,
Lifestyle and/or keep abreast with latest trends in mobile
industry.
- Must be proficient in basic office productivity applications
such as Microsoft Office.

- Experience or familiarity with web-based Content Design
and Development and related publishing tools and software

Sales Executive (to be based in KLCC) Responsibilities:
- To develop and seek new business opportunities within
the mobile based industry.
- To be in-charge of product development including concepts,
proposals, presentations, upgrades and launches.
- To develop and maintain healthy relationship with the
corporate clients.
- To provide details, accurate and timely reports to management.
Requirements:
- Applicants must possess a Degree/Diploma in Business Administration,
Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years working experience with vast knowledge/background
in telecommunications. Strong interest/desire in mobile
data/content trends.
- Good command in English, Malay & Chinese (written &
spoken).

- Knowledge/Experience in using Flash Professional 8 Pro/Adobe

Customer Service Executive Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers' general enquiries/ complaints.
- Solving customers problems.
- Sub and un-sub services for customers.
- Provide products info to customers/ potential customers.
- Direct customers/ members/ subscribers to the right services
they wish to subscribe.
- Inter departmental liaison on related issues .
- Replying to customer support emails from customers/ subscribers/
members/ telcos/ general.
- Review in-house products websites and related websites.
- Overseeing and monitoring the progress of contests/ campaigns/
quizzes, contact and distribute the prizes to winners.
- Attend to in-coming calls from general line and customers/
telcos refund cases.
- Attend to walk-in visitors/ dispatch/ agents/ customers/clients.
- Assisting and monitoring on ebuzz reload process.
Requirements:
- Applicants must possess at least a diploma or any related
discipline.
- Experience in related work is an added advantage.
- Must a self-motivated, independent, excellent problem
solving skills and well in a team based environment.
- Must possess good telephone etiquette and interpersonal
skills.
- Must have good computer knowledge.
- Must be well verse in English and Malay languages both
in verbal and written. Able to converse in Mandarin is an
added advantage.
